Our Philosophy
It is our contention that through the process of education and prevention we can empower individuals to make sound choices to correct and maintain their good health through wellness care.
First of all we must begin with ourselves and making better choices in our lives. We must educate ourselves about health. Just because something is medical doesn't mean it is bad, and just because it is alternative doesn't mean it is good. There is good and bad in each and it is up to us to sift through and find our truth and what works for us. We do this by working with health centers like ours and therapists that promote education and prevention techniques.
As we become more knowledgeable of how our bodies function and the relationship of body, mind, and spirit we can move into a state of health that is so complete we can let go of our fears of life threatening illnesses and diseases. We can then model a different idea to our children and others that does not end in a powerless and overly medicated old age. Within three to four generations we can have a planet of happy and healthy people and a health care system that is second to none.
We at Alternative Health Care believe that by educating and involving corporations and the government we can help the working world realize the advantages of wellness care.
