• Classes are held in a group setting

• Allows for individual attention & group interaction & participation

• Address physical, emotional, or spiritual based challenges

• Experience the opportunity to not only share but also be supported in your healing process.

•Classes are limited to 10 people!

•To get in once the classes are filled you will be put on a waiting list until an opening occurs.

•Classes are held Saturday afternoons fron 2pm until 5pm. LATENESS IS NOT TOLERATED!!
