Chakras or energy centers. These are often seen as wheels, as they spin in a clockwise direction. These seven
Chakras are fixed in the central spinal column. Each chakra is represents by a color, and often a symbol.
When balancing the Chakras, one is also balancing the issues in their lives connected with each Chakra.
